What unit is recommended for a 30'X30' detatched garage for use in Minnesota. I assume that glycol is that way to go here as well. Also I have 200 amp service. Could I run a unit for my 1 3/4 bath 1800 sq. ft. along with another for my detatched garage off of that service. We are also have a hot tub with 50amp service run off of that. I would love to replace the tank water heater in the home but don't know if we would have the electrical requirements.
