We are building a new home. There will be an apartment in the basement with a bathroom and kitchen. The first floor will have a normal kitchen and two baths. There will be another bath on the second floor, however we do not have plans to finish that floor for quite a few years if ever. (We are an older couple - we designed the house with an eye towards reselling in 10 yrs. or so, so finishing the second floor is not a priority.)
