I am doing a complete plumbing update...all new supply lines. Say my water is 55 to start. I eventually will be supplying 3 showers (full bathrooms), a washer, dishwaser and kitchen sink. Normally 1 to 2 showers at a time, laundry and dishes are done later when no one is showering. Would you run a series of electric in the basement supply for hot to all rooms? OR Would you place a tankless unit in each bathroom, laundry and kitchen? OR Other Ideas? Thanks
