<< return to Question & Answer This is by far the most important question to be answered. The original tankless water heaters were developed to be used for a single fixture i.e. a single sink or shower. The temperature control wasn’t and isn’t suitable for multiple fixture use (i.e. a whole house) but a majority of electric tankless water heaters still use modified versions of this earliest technology. Almost any company can find friends, employees, or business associates to provide testimonials for their product but it is very difficult to introduce new and innovative technology that earns the national and international recognition that will demonstrate to you that it is a mature and proven product.
