We have a 7 bedroom 8 bath bed and breakfast with shower/tub combinations and one 45 gallon juzzi tub. The building has two 50 gal electric water heaters and one 50 gal gas water heater. We want to replace the water heaters with tankless electric and already have a 400 amp service. The 2 electric tanks are already in parallel; the gas tank is in the back of the building. Questions: would 2 RA-28's replace the 2 electric 50 gal tanks? Can I replace the gas tank with 1 Ra-28 or should I make
