Our water heater worked flawlessly for a year, but now won't heat at all. Status light is flashing green. Wiring is OK. Unable to get installer back to find problem. HELP, we are without hot water!!!

Don't feel alone. We have a NORITZ tankless. The product is good---but is you need help from Noritz or warrany replacement Noritz is terrible. Won't return calls, does not have field reps. Good product with BAD Company and attitude means DO NOT BUY NORITZ
