RETURN POLICY

All Tankless Water Heaters are tested at the factory just prior to shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if sufficient electrical capacity exists to install the water heater prior to placing the order. (See Tankless Water Heater Installation Guide)

If for any reason the manufacturer authorizes a return of the unit, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns regardless of whether the unit has been installed or not.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

ORDERING ONLINE: We use Links secure e-commerce payment technology. Links is a widely used Internet credit card payment processor.

All transactions are encrypted for your protection.

However, if you would prefer to order by phone or fax, please call us at 1-866-TANKLESS. All products are shipped via UPS at a charge of $35 per unit. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
